Retirement: 1990’s-2022

We are living in a Digital World. We thought retirement would be easy. When we were in Williamsburg the church got its first computer. It filled an entire room. I remember a man saying “This will hold everything we will EVER need to know.” But as years passed computers got smaller and smaller and told us things we didn’t even know we WANTED to know. In panic we watched the approaching 21Century. Would the world come to an end? Would computers and clocks be so confused the would be unable to work? How would we be able to calculate time? But we did survive and somehow had the strength to face the challenges ahead. We thought we had already seen everything—man-on the -moon, selfdriving cars, drones, medical breakthroughs. Little did we know what lay ahead
